1. Complimentary Consultation; this allows us to get to know each other in a low-pressure environment.

2. On-call from 38 weeks’ gestation until birth, offering you peace of mind as your due date approaches.

3. Unwavering Labour Support:

Dedicated support for you and your primary support person during active labour and birth (at the birth location), including the use of various comfort measures such as massage, breathing & relaxation techniques, positioning, and more. Please know that early labour support is possible in person or virtually, but I will take breaks at my discretion.

5. No prenatals

6. No postpartum visit

7. A copy of your birth preferences is required upon contract signing
